Position Description We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities Provide direct ABA therapy to children under supervision. Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by a BCBA clinician. Work one-on-one with children to support therapeutic goals. Collaborate with the clinical team to monitor progress and adjust activities as needed.
