Michigan City Location
We are hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Automotive Office Clerk for our Michigan City location. This full-time role supports daily office operations, paperwork, records, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Process and organize dealership paperwork, records, invoices, and customer documents.
- Handle data entry, filing, scanning, used vehicle stock-ins.
- Prepare dealer trade paperwork and post accounting entries.
- Support the accounting, sales, parts, and service teams.
- Maintain accurate records and a professional, confidential office environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Office, data entry, customer service, accounting support, or dealership experience helpful.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, computer skills, and communication skills.
Schedule: Full-time, based at our Michigan City location.
