THE ROLE

We're looking for a driven, dependable Contact Center Representative to join our growing team. You'll handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails from homeowners who have already raised their hand through our marketing. The job is heavy on outbound too: follow-up, confirmations, and appointment setting.

This is not a customer service seat . Service and professionalism matter, but success here is measured by one thing: turning conversations into high-quality appointments. If you like a fast-paced phone environment and you're motivated by metrics and incentives, this role rewards it.

COMPENSATION

$16.50 - $19.00 per hour. This position is non-exempt, with uncapped commissions on appointments set that result in sales. Starting pay is based on experience, qualifications, and premium skills (ServiceTitan experience, bilingual, etc.).

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, plus chats and emails from warm leads

• Convert inbound inquiries into scheduled appointments for roofing and other exterior services

• Run proactive outbound dialing to follow up with leads, confirm appointments, and drive conversion

• Build rapport fast with homeowners and clearly explain next steps and what to expect

• Set appointments with all decision-makers whenever possible

• Keep accurate, timely documentation in ServiceTitan (CRM)

• Meet or beat individual metrics for appointment setting, productivity, and confirmations

• Take part in ongoing coaching and training as you ramp

SCHEDULE

Contact center hours:

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime or coverage shifts as needed.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Prior experience in a call center, customer service, inside sales, or appointment-setting role preferred

• Strong phone presence with the ability to influence, persuade, and guide a conversation

• Comfortable handling high call volume while staying accurate and professional

• Able to balance a service mindset with performance-driven goals

• Coachable, accountable, and motivated by metrics and incentives

• Experience with a CRM and phone system, or the ability to learn both quickly

• Reliable, team-oriented, and comfortable working on-site

• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required
