Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients upon intake, determining their physical capabilities and functional limitations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Deliver skilled therapy services with empathy and respect, incorporating therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and appropriate modalities to facilitate recovery and physical well-being.
• Regularly monitor, assess, and document patients' progress, making data-informed adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes are achieved throughout their recovery journey.
• Partner with other healthcare professionals in our facility to collaborate on patient care, contributing insights to treatment strategies that ensure a unified approach for each patient.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques, preventative strategies, and home exercise programs to promote ongoing rehabilitation and safety once they leave the clinic.
• Implement fall prevention and safety programs, specifically designed for assisted living communities, enhancing the security and confidence of our geriatric population.
• Engage in continuous professional development by keeping abreast of the latest advancements in physical therapy, participating in ongoing training and educational opportunities to enhance your skills.
