Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations for new patients, determining their physical capabilities and specific needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education.
• Execute treatment plans effectively while continuously assessing progress and modifying approaches based on patient feedback and outcomes.
• Utilize techniques such as soft tissue mobilization and joint manipulation to address pain and improve mobility.
• Document patient progress meticulously and update electronic health records to ensure continuity of care.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and occupational therapists, to optimize patient care and recovery outcomes.
• Lead patient education sessions on injury prevention, strengthening exercises, and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Fit To Stretch Rehab Center, you will primarily treat patients with a wide range of orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports-related injuries, arthritis, and chronic pain syndromes. Our patient demographic includes adult and geriatric individuals seeking to restore function, reduce pain, and enhance their quality of life. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid Physical Therapy license in Nevada, or eligibility to obtain one.
