Property Management Assistant

Overview Full time position (40 hours per week) Monday-Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm. Responsibilities Answering incoming property management and sales phone calls Entering maintenance work orders, bills, and rents Organizing and distributing mail General office work (organizing files, data entry, etc.) Greeting walk-in clients Showing rental properties to prospective tenants Qualifications Driver's License Car (and proof of insurance) Desired Candidate Upbeat, kind, and positive attitude Social Quick learner Team player Follow-through and diligence #J-18808-Ljbffr
