Shift Leader - Firehouse Subs (Lead the Line. Set the Tone.) If you can run a shift, motivate a team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience at the same time-this is your spot. We're looking for a hands-on leader who doesn't just manage the shift, but owns it .
What You'll Do

What You'll Do
- Lead by example during peak hours- fast, accurate, and energized
- Coach team members on food quality, speed, and service standards
- Ensure every shift meets Firehouse Subs brand standards
- Handle cash, POS, and shift reporting with accuracy
- Keep the restaurant clean, stocked, and running smoothly
- Step in wherever needed-line, register, prep, or guest recovery
- Previous restaurant or shift leadership experience preferred
- Strong communicator who can motivate a team under pressure
- High standards for cleanliness, food quality, and service
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
