We're building a sports medicine and performance practice that serves active individuals and athletes throughout the Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton, Sarasota, and surrounding communities. From runners and golfers to CrossFit athletes, tennis players, Hyrox athletes, and weekend warriors, our mission is simple: help people continue doing the activities they love without pain or limitations. This position is being added as part of our continued growth and expansion within the community. Our clinic operates out of a converted industrial warehouse space designed to feel more like a performance facility than a traditional physical therapy office. We provide one-on-one care in an environment that allows clinicians to focus on patient outcomes, meaningful relationships, and high-quality clinical decision making. Position Overview We are seeking a full-time Sports Doctor of Physical Therapy to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about sports rehabilitation, enjoys working with active individuals and athletes, and values individualized patient care over volume-driven treatment models. This clinician will play a key role in helping us continue to deliver exceptional patient experiences while contributing to the growth of our practice and community presence. Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program Active Florida Physical Therapy License (or ability to obtain prior to start date) 2+ years of orthopedic or sports rehabilitation experience preferred Strong clinical reasoning skills and exercise prescription abilities Passion for working with active individuals and athletes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills We value clinicians who are curious, growth-minded, and passionate about helping active individuals perform at their best.
