Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager with expertise in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) to lead migration projects. The ideal candidate will have:

• 7+ years of experience in SAP GTS
• Senior IT Program Management skills

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage SAP GTS migration projects, including defining project charters, developing governance structures, and preparing detailed project plans.
2. Monitor projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring schedules and budgets are adhered to.
3. Conduct scoping, planning, and design workshops with business and cross-functional teams.
4. Organize cross-functional activities to ensure project completion on time and within budget.
5. Engage with executive leadership during different project phases.
6. Define project direction, adapt to change, and manage obstacles effectively.

Education and Experience:

• 8-10 years managing SAP implementation or upgrade projects, including 2-3 full lifecycle implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree and PMP certification.
• Experience with PMI or advanced project methodologies in SAP projects, preferably GTS.
• Experience managing all project phases: scoping, design, build, testing, and cutover.
• Excellent communication skills to report project status, issues, and risks.
• Familiarity with Global Trade, Sales, and Logistics processes is a plus.
• Strong organizational and proactive work ethic.
