Home Health Aide -Kings County Pay: $18–$22 per hour | Flexible Schedules | Cases Throughout Brooklyn Join the Rockaway Home Care Team Rockaway Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide quality, one-on-one care to clients throughout Brooklyn and surrounding areas. We understand that location matters. Our team will work to connect you with available clients based on where you live, your preferred work area, your availability, and current case openings. What You'll Do As an HHA/PCA with Rockaway Home Care, you'll help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Responsibilities may include: Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living (ADLs) Providing mobility and transfer assistance Assisting with meals and daily routines Providing medication reminders as permitted Light housekeeping related to the client’s care Providing companionship and emotional support Observing and reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate care team Maintaining accurate documentation of services provided Following the client’s established plan of care Qualifications Valid New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) Certificate Authorized to work in the United States Compassionate, dependable, and professional Strong communication skills Commitment to treating every client with dignity and respect Previous home care experience preferred, but not required What We Offer Competitive pay: $18–$22 per hour Flexible scheduling Full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities Clients throughout Westchester County Opportunities to be matched with cases convenient to your location Supportive office and clinical team Ongoing opportunities for available cases Opportunities for professional growth and development Find a Case That Fits You At Rockaway Home Care, we believe great care starts with finding the right match between our caregivers and clients.
