Physical Therapist - Inpatient Rehab

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day shift, Tuesday to Saturday, 09:00 AM to 05:30 PM.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our inpatient rehab team. This role involves providing high-quality therapeutic care to patients recovering from various conditions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rehabilitation hospital settings and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement rehabilitation interventions.


• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide optimal patient care.


• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.


• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation goals.


• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and best practices in therapy.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A minimum of 2 years of Physical Therapy experience, with a preference for rehabilitation hospital experience.


• Current BLS certification.


• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.


• Previous charge experience is preferred.


• Must pass a nicotine drug screen.
