Front of House Operations Lead Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm, creating a welcoming and positive experience
- Accurately take and fulfill orders both at the counter and in the drive-thru
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room, beverage station, and front counter areas
- Ensure adherence to Food Safety and Sanitation guidelines in all guest-facing areas
- Stay informed about new products and promotions rolled out by Chick-fil-A
- Embody our Mission, Vision, and Core Values in every guest interaction
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining high service standards
- Manage and restock FOH supplies, including condiments, utensils, and beverages
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A policies and dress code at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Cheerful and positive attitude
- Loves serving and helping others
- Enjoyment for cooking, cleaning or culinary creativity
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Able to work in a fast paced, high intensity environment
- Physical stamina- able to stand for long periods of time and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Ability to adhere to Food Safety & Sanitation Standards
- Ability to adhere to a color coded food safety system
- Ability to critically think through situations
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented
- Able to accurately count money
