What You’ll Do

• Prepare and cook high-quality meals following recipes and production guidelines
• Ensure consistency, portioning, and presentation standards are met
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness at all times
• Support daily prep, service execution, and kitchen operations
• Communicate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy meal periods
• Properly store, label, and handle all food items

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
• Comfortable following recipes and using kitchen technology (tablets, systems)
• Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred

• Previous cook or line cook experience
• Experience in senior living, hospitality, or foodservice environments
• ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Basic knife skills and understanding of cooking techniques

Physical & Work Environment

• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (90% of shift)
• Lift up to 40 lbs
• Perform repetitive motions (bending, reaching, prepping)
• Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
