Line Cook

At Hibachio, our Line Cooks are an important part of delivering the fresh, flavorful food our guests expect. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position for someone who takes pride in their work, works well with a team, and can maintain quality and consistency during busy shifts. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items according to Hibachio recipes and standards Work efficiently on the grill, fryer, and other kitchen stations Maintain proper portion sizes, presentation, and food quality Keep your station clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service Follow food safety, sanitation, temperature, and handling procedures Complete assigned prep work and restock ingredients as needed Communicate with other kitchen and front-of-house team members to keep orders moving Help maintain a clean kitchen, including equipment, floors, work surfaces, and storage areas Follow Hibachio uniform, attendance, and workplace standards Assist other team members when needed to provide fast and accurate service What We're Looking For: Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependable and able to arrive on time and ready to work Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment Ability to follow recipes, procedures, and instructions Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift restaurant supplies and food products Previous kitchen or line cook experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person Why Work at Hibachio: Hibachio is a growing company that believes in developing our team from within.
