Position Specific Description Are you a motivated sales professional who excels at building relationships and closing deals in a B2B environment? Join a high-performance inside sales team where results are rewarded. We offer a competitive base salary of $45,000 to $60,000, depending on experience, along with an aggressive uncapped commission plan that provides earning potential of up to $300,000 annually. Many of our top performers earn more than $100,000 per year. Position Overview As a Sales Representative in our dynamic call center, your primary responsibility will be to proactively reach out to commercial prospects via cold calls and educate them on our energy services. You'll receive thorough training and ongoing coaching to ensure success. Objective: To consistently meet and exceed established weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance goals, while maintaining a high level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where product knowledge, communication, and persistence are key.

Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to commercial prospects. Deliver compelling, compliant sales pitches and effectively close sales over the phone. Learn and apply sales materials, scripts, and objection-handling techniques. Manage a pipeline of follow-up calls for leads not closed on the first call. Maintain accurate CRM records for all interactions and lead statuses. Enroll new customers, explaining pricing, contract terms, and services. Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner. Comply with industry regulations and company policies during every customer interaction. Adhere to our business casual dress code and maintain a professional demeanor. Be punctual and present for all scheduled shifts: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM.

What We're Looking For B2B sales experience preferred Previous sales or call center experience is preferred. Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Ability to learn quickly, retain product knowledge, and apply it effectively. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Self-starter with a results-driven mentality and the ability to work independently High level of professionalism and integrity. Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and sales pipelines Ability to understand complex business needs and tailor solutions accordingly
