Location: Clyman, WI

Type: Direct Hire

Schedule: Seasonal Shifts
We are seeking a hands-on Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair food processing, canning, packaging, and production equipment in a high-volume manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical production equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, motors, pumps, gears, bearings, and related machinery.
Perform welding, fabrication, cutting, and equipment installation.
Read basic schematics, blueprints, and maintenance manuals.
Support equipment alignment, rigging, and commissioning.
Maintain maintenance records and follow GMP, OSHA, and LOTO procedures.

Requirements:
Industrial maintenance or strong mechanical experience.
Mechanical troubleshooting and hand/power tool skills.
Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, PLCs, or industrial controls is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain.
Ability to work seasonal 10 12 hour shifts and overtime.
Strong safety, attendance, and teamwork skills.

Preferred: Food/beverage, packaging, canning, or manufacturing maintenance experience.
