Primary Responsibilities

• Perform routine service and repairs on production and facility equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and plumbing faults.
• Complete scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Accurately record work performed, parts used, and findings.
• Respond rapidly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Comply with all safety procedures and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Two (2) years of mechanical work experience documented in the application’s work history, or completion of an industrial maintenance training program (experience may be combined across employers to total 2+ years).
• Rehire policy: eligible after 90 days with fewer than three prior terms of employment at this facility.
• 18+ years of age; valid identification.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Working knowledge in welding, hydraulics, basic electricity, power transmission, pneumatics, and plumbing.
• Read and follow work instructions and assignments.

Physical and Environmental Requirements

• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Climb stairs up to 120 feet and ladders up to 60 feet
• Stand for long periods
• Work in extreme hot, cold, and inclement weather conditions
