NEPA Community Health Care is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our team! Hours associated with this position are five 8-hr shifts, working 7:30 AM - 4 PM.

Essential Functions

The Practice Manager is responsible for the effective coordination of Reception staff, Referrals Coordinators and the HIM Clerk, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. This role serves as a liaison between the Business Office and clinical teams and functions as an adviser to leadership on matters pertaining to the front-end operations. The Practice Manager serves as a role model in attitude, attendance, behavior, professional appearance and in communication and interactions with other employees and patients. S/he demonstrates confidence in decision making, flexibility and responsiveness to changing demands, as well as the ability to prioritize to meet operational and other needs. Frequent travel between health centers is required.

Position Requirements


Associates Degree or equivalent experience preferred
2 years medical office experience required
3 years supervisory experience preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office software + electronic medical record systems
Excellent interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills
Adept at problem-solving
Flexibility and adaptability to change
