Description
Assist with ushering, crowd management, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Greet guests warmly and assist with directions, seating, and general event inquiries.
Monitor guest behavior and assist with resolving disruptive or unsafe situations as needed.
Assist with venue setup and breakdown before and after events, including signage, ropes/stanchions, and cleanliness.
Maintain awareness of safety and emergency procedures and respond to incidents appropriately.
Provide outstanding guest service and represent MotorCity Casino Hotel in a positive and professional manner.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling based on event calendar.
