Hands-On Maintenance Supervisor: Lead Two Communities
Apg
APG is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead on-site maintenance for two apartment communities in the Stone Mountain area. You will perform plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs, run the preventive maintenance program, and supervise the maintenance team to keep properties in excellent condition for residents. This hands-on role requires strong communication, organization, and coordination with vendors, residents, and the property office. Full-time schedule with benefits available. #J-18808-Ljbffr Apg
