CharterCARE Medical Associates (CCMA) an affiliate of CharterCARE Health of RI (CHRI) is recruiting a full-time employed Neurologist to join our well-established program located in the heart of thriving Providence, Rhode Island. In thisdesirable faculty appointed position, you will enjoy working alongsidean esteemed neurologistMonday through Friday during daytime hourswith time allocated to inpatient and outpatient hours. The physician will also participate in the education of residents and share rotational call coverage. While there is currently no off-hours inpatient call coverage, the neurologist would be expected to participate if this changes. The physician will support Roger Williams Medical Center's (RWMC) widely respected stroke program recognized by both the Joint Commission and the American Heart Association. We are interested in a physician whohas a passion to teach residents and placespatient care at the forefront, with a driving desire to deliver quality and compassionate focused healthcare.The ideal candidate would primarily be interested in outpatient, general neurology or neuromuscular disorders: EMG-NCS training is strongly desired. RWMC is also a well-respected leader in academic research while precepting internal medicine students from Brown University and Boston University, with an exceptional transition rate from internal medicine to fellowship programs. CLINICAL REQUIREMENTS:
