After training, you'll be responsible for guiding customers through the process from the first conversation to the start of their project.Typical responsibilities include:Meeting with prospective clients to discuss painting and floor coating projectsProspecting for new projectsPreparing professional estimates for interior and exterior painting servicesExplaining the benefits of our products and servicesBuilding strong relationships through clear and honest communicationFollowing up with leads and maintaining a steady pipeline of opportunitiesCoordinating project details with our production teamEnsuring a smooth handoff once projects are scheduledMaintaining customer relationships even after the project is completedTracking activity and opportunities in our CRM systemIn many cases, you'll be the first and most important point of contact for our customers, helping them feel confident about their investment.About Our CompanySmith and Company Painting has proudly served the region since 1960.
