Matsun Nutrition (Mesquite, NV) is hiring a full-time Documentation Specialist to keep our paperwork and lab samples moving accurately and on time.
What you will do
• Review and correct production and QC paperwork
• Pull, label, and track product and ingredient samples
• Keep records up to date on the computer (spreadsheets and our software)
• Schedule and track samples sent out for lab testing
• Keep files organized so nothing gets lost between the floor, QC, and outside labs
What you bring
• Comfortable with paperwork, checklists, and basic computer work
• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Willing to learn our processes (training provided)

• Full-time, on-site in Mesquite, NV
• Starting pay: $16/hour
• Manufacturing / QC support environment
