What You'll Do:

• Provide acute care in the Emergency Room holding area for diverse patient populations, including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Monitor and manage telemetry and cardiac dysrhythmias
• Titrate vasoactive medications and administer blood products
• Assist with airway management, wound care, and use of non-invasive ventilation (CPAP/BIPAP)
• Follow protocols for renal failure, insulin, and Heparin management
• Utilize EPIC documentation system for accurate record-keeping
• Collaborate with rapid response teams and other staff to ensure patient safety and timely interventions

What You Need:

Required:

• Valid Ohio RN license or the ability to obtain one
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS certifications
• At least 2 years of ER or acute care nursing experience in a similar setting
• Strong skills in telemetry, cardiac management, and IV protocols

Preferred:

• Experience with pediatric, adolescent, or geriatric patient care
• Knowledge of EPIC documentation system
