Application Support Analyst

Job Summary:
The Application Support & QA Analyst is responsible for providing production support, executing testing services, managing incidents, updating documentation, assisting users, and ensuring quality assurance across applications. This role involves coordinating testing activities, validating releases, and supporting reporting requirements to maintain application reliability and compliance. Responsibilities:
- Execute test plans and perform regression testing.
- Support user acceptance testing processes.
- Perform production incident triage and resolution coordination.
- Maintain and update operational documentation.
- Track defects and manage issue resolution workflows.
- Coordinate release validation activities to ensure quality releases.
- Support reporting requirements related to application support and QA.
- Assist with Section 508 accessibility testing.
- Minimum 4 years of application support experience.
- Experience in quality assurance and testing methodologies.
- Proficiency with ticketing and change management tools.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility testing standards.
- May require adherence to accessibility compliance standards (Section 508).
- Standard business hours with potential on-call support for production incidents.
