Make a real difference as a travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Tucker, GA. You will provide in-home patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, carrying out treatment, documentation, and patient status reporting according to physician orders. This role requires reliable transportation for home visits, a current driver’s license, and agency-required liability insurance. Periodic office meetings are required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program.
• Active GA PTA license or license required by the state in which the assignment takes place. State licensure must meet applicable state requirements for PTAs.
• Current CPR/BLS certification from AHA or ARC.
• Familiarity with basic computer use, including email, internet navigation, usernames/passwords, starting programs, using files and windows, and completing online HR and training modules.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience working as a licensed PTA, especially in home health settings. (Preferred)
• Experience delivering care in patients’ homes and managing a home health caseload. (Preferred)

• Shift name: Evenings.
• Schedule format: 5x8.
• Work primarily in patients’ homes; travel between patient residences required.
