Construction Laborer

General Laborer – Precast Yard

We're hiring a General Laborer to support daily operations in a concrete precast yard. This is an entry-level, hands-on role working with concrete, rebar, and forms in an outdoor environment with steady hours and growth potential.

Responsibilities:

• Set and prepare concrete forms and assist with pouring and finishing
• Tie rebar, cut wire, and reinforce concrete structures
• Move, stage, and organize materials in the yard
• Assist operators and perform general site prep and dirt work
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Essential Skills:

• 6+ months of construction or outdoor labor experience
• Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently
• Experience using hand tools
• Comfortable working around concrete, rebar, and heavy equipment
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with concrete forming or pouring
• Dirt work or utility construction experience
• Familiarity with excavators or wheel loaders
• Strong work ethic and reliability

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gretna, NE.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
