Physical Therapist – Rehabilitation Services

Pay: $37.51 – $69.55 per hour (dependent on relevant experience)

The Position
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join the Rehabilitation Services team, evaluating and treating patients across the continuum of care in inpatient and outpatient settings. Full-time; sign-on bonus available.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions and monitor progress.
• Educate patients and families and coordinate discharge planning.
• Document care accurately and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or MPT).
• Current Montana Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
