Studio Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Studio Manager to lead the daily operations, sales performance, and overall success of a fast-paced growing boutique fitness studio. This individual will be responsible for driving membership growth, developing a high-performing team, delivering an exceptional member experience, and ensuring the studio achieves its financial objectives. The ideal candidate is a proven leader who thrives in a sales-driven environment, enjoys coaching and developing others, and is passionate about building a culture of accountability and excellence. What You'll Do Lead the studio to achieve monthly membership, revenue, and profitability goals. Drive lead generation through referrals, community partnerships, networking, and grassroots marketing. Coach the sales team to maximize booking, show, and close percentages. Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to improve results. Personally assist with high-value sales opportunities and member retention. Ensure all leads receive timely and professional follow-up. Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop a high-performing team. Foster a positive, accountable, and performance-driven culture. Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and performance reviews. Hold team members accountable through measurable expectations and consistent feedback. Lead by example while motivating the team to exceed business goals. Studio Operations Oversee all day-to-day studio operations. Ensure an exceptional member experience from first interaction through long-term retention. Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence. Manage schedules, payroll, inventory, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance. Resolve member concerns professionally and promptly. Ensure compliance with all company policies and operating procedures. Analyze weekly and monthly business metrics to identify opportunities for growth. Manage labor expenses while maintaining exceptional service levels. Develop action plans to improve profitability through revenue growth and expense management. Maintain accountability for operational budgets and financial targets. Community Engagement Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations. Coordinate events, partnerships, and networking opportunities that increase brand awareness. Represent the studio at community events and promotional activities. Support local marketing initiatives that generate qualified leads and new memberships. Success in this position is measured by: Net Membership Growth Membership Retention Monthly Revenue Lead Generation Booking Percentage Show Percentage Close Percentage Payroll Efficiency Labor Percentage Net Operating Income Team Retention Member Satisfaction Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of leadership or management experience. Proven success leading a sales-focused team. Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills. Experience managing KPIs and driving business performance. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Preferred Experience in boutique fitness, health and wellness, hospitality, retail, or another membership-based business. Experience managing payroll, budgets, and financial performance. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred but not required. What Makes You Successful Strong leadership and people development skills.
