Our team is dedicated to delivering creative deal structuring for strategic sales opportunities that align closely with Cisco's fiscal year goals and initiatives within the sales geography. By bringing your experience and energy, you will help drive this successful team to even greater heights.Your ImpactIn this role, you will work as part of a captive finance team to facilitate sales and maximize value for Cisco products and services. You will act as a strong consensus builder, utilizing your flexibility and knowledge to identify and develop the best transactions for Cisco, our channel partners, and our customers. Aligned with a group of Cisco Capital Financial Solutions Managers, you will be responsible for delivering innovative financial solutions. Ultimately, you will be a key component within the Cisco Capital deal lifecycle, helping to seamlessly move deals through the process.Minimum Qualifications6+ years of experience in a financial services organization, specifically in a sales or sales support role.Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or equivalent experience.Proven track record of outstanding sales results, with an emphasis on generating new and previously untapped accounts.Demonstrated experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms.Ability to travel within the assigned territory as necessary.Preferred QualificationsExceptional communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts in a compelling and concise way.Proven ability to align financial goals to business outcomes and educate stakeholders to deliver holistic solutions.Strong capability to effectively collaborate and build consensus within a matrix-managed team culture.Adept at balancing short-term pressures with overall long-term goals while working independently.Detail-oriented with a drive to consistently overachieve assigned targets in a fast-paced environment.Why Cisco?
