Requirements:

• Board Certified in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med-Peds
• Active Texas medical license
• Active Texas DEA license
• Minimum 3 years of Emergency Room or Urgent Care experience required
• Workers' Compensation experience preferred
• DOT certification helpful but not required
• Comfortable treating pediatric patients (3 months and older)
• Must be local to the area
