Services include annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, immunizations, same-day sick visits, chronic disease management, laboratory services, select IV infusion therapies, and support from in-house PharmD specialists who help optimize medication management and improve patient outcomes. Were Looking For:

We are seeking a


dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN)


to join our team . Ideal nursing candidates demonstrate a strong commitment to service excellence, nursing excellence, and adaptability.

Requirements:

• 
  Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  
  



• 
  Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  
  



• 
  Current BLS certification, ACLS preferred
  
  



• 
  Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred
  
  



• 
  Outpatient experience preferred
  
  

What Youll Do:

• 
  Monday Friday 8:00a 5:00p
  
  



• 
  Support patient triage and clinic flow (patient messages and calls).
  
  



• 
  Assist with medication prior authorizations and insurance approvals.
  
  



• 
  Conduct RN visits, infusions, injections, and blood pressure checks.
  
  



• 
  Partner with MDs and APPs to provide comprehensive patient care.
