Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.We Love Our Work.Position SummaryThe Vice President of Finance leads the strategic and technical operations for the finance department at Plainridge Park Casino. This individual will work closely with property and corporate teams to achieve financial goals and objectives through driving revenue and cost savings.Directs the overall operations and team within the Finance department. Develops, implements, and manages operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives.Ensures that scheduling is done in an effective and efficient manner, while maintaining labor costs, meeting staffing objectives, and achieving deadlines.Responsible for preparing, monitoring, and adhering to budgets and ensuring compliance with departmental budget initiatives.
