Senior Business Analyst

Summary: Work Mode: Not specified Responsibilities: Manage large multi-faceted projects involving multiple functional streams, technology platforms, and geographical locations. Own project goals, leveraging expertise to inspire a sense of shared purpose within the project team. Organize new challenges and drive business results. Work closely with the company, Technology, Operations, and other Project Managers to define project scope and objectives for project members. Prepare, maintain, and submit clear and concise activity/progress reports and time management reports. Assess project risk potentials and company potential problems before they occur. Apply a proactive approach in routinely tracking project participant progress against project goals. Define, teach, and enforce the use of good project management practices. Identify and amend the approach to the context and constraints of each project. Constantly improve personal and team skills through lessons-learned reviews at project completion. Recognize when problems surface or potential problems are looming and articulate problems to bring the right people together to solve them. Promote partner involvement through effectively communicating project status upward and to the Business. Apply lessons learned from recent projects to future projects. Communicate project milestones, status updates, and potential customer escalation issues to all concerned parties. Proactively follow escalation and change control processes. Own all management reports on a given engagement. Promote good working relationships across a project, cultivating trust and communication among all stakeholders. Assess risk when business decisions are made, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Maintain Book of Work and facilitate prioritization discussions with key business stakeholders. Develop and publish content for senior management reporting, presentations, and town halls. Manage relationships with Business and provide regular project updates to key business and technology stakeholders. Understand Business priorities and work as a liaison between Business and Development teams. Collate and communicate key project milestones, risks, and achievements. Requirements: Minimum 8 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis. Demonstrated expertise in presenting and using planning tools. Proven diplomatic and analytical skills. Proven ability to manage complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact. Advanced data analysis skills, leveraging tools such as Excel and Python. Extensive exposure to structured project management techniques, with familiarity in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Proven experience in managing and delivering complex technical projects. Proven experience in leveraging automation and AI‑enabled tools to improve productivity, reporting, and delivery discipline. Prior experience in Enterprise Risk Management and Limits & Thresholds Management. Education: Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
