SHIFT TIMES: Varying schedule between Monday- Thursday 7am-6pm and Friday 7am -4:30pm -

Varying shifts with 2 later & 3 earlier shifts – eg: Mon & Wed 9:30am – 6:00pm and Tues, Thurs & Fri 7:00am – 4:30pm 

WORK SITE: 45 Reade Place, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601

Required:

State of NY PT license

3 yrs. plus experience 

2 yrs. plus outpatient experience

Neuro and/or pelvic experience 

BLS
