- Utilize advanced radiographic and CT techniques to produce precise diagnostic images for thorough physician evaluation
- Work collaboratively with radiologists and interdisciplinary teams to deliver accurate diagnoses
- Properly position patients and fine-tune equipment to capture the best images possible
- Enforce radiation safety protocols to protect both patients and staff
- Keep meticulous records, ensuring imaging logs and equipment maintenance are up-to-date
- Provide compassionate care throughout the imaging process, fostering a welcoming environment
- Help maintain a safe and efficient imaging environment for all
- Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is essential; a Bachelor's Degree is an added advantage
- Completion of an accredited radiology program is required
- ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography, required
- Current BLS certification, or ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire
- Familiarity with diagnostic imaging protocols and adherence to relevant safety standards
- Exceptional communication skills, enabling compassionate interaction with patients and medical teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while adjusting to changing priorities
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability
- Comfort with modern imaging software, including PACS and RIS systems
