Potential Future Roles Business Analyst IT Business Analyst Systems Analyst Product / Requirements Analyst Functional Analyst Business Process Analyst Potential Responsibilities Gathering, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements Facilitating meetings and workshops with business and technical stakeholders Translating business needs into user stories, use cases, and functional specifications Supporting solution design, testing, and implementation activities Creating process flows, diagrams, and business documentation Assisting with UAT planning, test case development, and defect tracking Supporting change management, communication, and training initiatives Collaborating with project managers, developers, QA teams, and business partners Requirements Professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and communication Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience with BA tools such as: Jira Azure DevOps Confluence Visio Lucidchart (or similar tools) Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities Ability to work in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment Preferred Qualifications (Not required) Experience in IT‑focused environments (software, data, cloud, ERP, etc.) Experience working with public sector, government, or enterprise clients Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies Certifications such as: CBAP CCBA PMI‑PBA Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and creating process maps Why Join Our Pipeline?
