Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Through understanding their unique backgrounds and experiences, you will empower them to foster meaningful changes in their lives.

Qualifications\n

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Full licensure to practice independently in one of the following areas: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses, and no past disciplinary actions against your licensure.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills, a genuine empathetic nature, and the ability to connect with diverse clients.

• Proficient computer literacy, enabling ease of use of our telehealth platform and related technology.

Preferred Experience\n

In addition to the essential qualifications, candidates with two or more years of relevant counseling experience will be preferred. Experience in providing telehealth services is also a plus, allowing for seamless integration into our remote therapy model.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, dependent on your level of experience and hours worked. Additionally, successful candidates can expect:
