Site Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced MES Site Coordinator with expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) , Manufacturing IT , and Site Coordination . The ideal candidate should have strong experience coordinating MES implementations, managing stakeholder communications, supporting manufacturing operations, and driving site readiness activities. This role involves working closely with Operations, Quality, Validation, IT, Global MES teams, ERP teams, vendors, and offshore development teams to ensure successful MES implementation and ongoing support within Life Sciences manufacturing environments. Coordinate MES lifecycle activities including requirements, design, testing, training, go-live, hypercare, and steady-state support. Build strong relationships with Operations, Quality, Validation, Global MES, ERP, Infrastructure, and offshore teams. Manage site-level MES governance, priorities, risks, issues, dependencies, and readiness activities. Coordinate technical and functional discussions between business users and implementation teams. Support business process improvements and MES template alignment. Coordinate site readiness including infrastructure, user access, printers, scanners, interfaces, and shopfloor devices. Track, log, and escalate MES issues while ensuring timely resolution. Support documentation including SOPs, work instructions, user guides, and training materials. Coordinate compliance, validation, testing, and support handover activities. Drive continuous improvements, change requests, and production support initiatives.
