Experienced Crew member - Drive Thru - Kitchen

About the Role:

Sonic Drive-In in Howell, NJ is looking for an Experienced Crew Member to join our fast-paced, fun team! Whether you're working the drive thru or in the kitchen, you'll play a key role in delivering the fast, friendly service our guests love. Responsibilities:

• Operate the drive thru window efficiently, taking and processing customer orders with accuracy and speed
• Prepare and cook menu items in the kitchen following Sonic's recipes and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in both the kitchen and drive thru areas
• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately
• Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service to every guest
• Restock supplies and ingredients to ensure smooth, uninterrupted operations
• Collaborate with team members during peak hours to maintain efficiency and service quality

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a fast food, quick service, or restaurant environment preferred
• Familiarity with drive thru operations and/or kitchen food prep
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and a positive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Food safety knowledge or willingness to complete required training
