They prepare and track offer materials, audit records for compliance, and ensure timely completion of pre-employment screenings. This role facilitates communication between Talent Acquisition and HRIS to maintain accurate hiring data. Additionally, they help maintain recruiting systems and reports, provide candidate support, and contribute to process improvement within the TA team.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, send, and track offer letters and documentation for accuracy and timely completionMonitor background checks and screenings, ensuring follow-up on delays or issuesAudit candidate and requisition data for compliance with company standardsCoordinate with HRIS to ensure complete and accurate onboarding informationMaintain documentation, support recruiters, and contribute to workflow improvementsQualifications & RequirementsEDUCATIONHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferredEXPERIENCE1–2 years of experience in an HR, recruiting, or administrative support roleProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms strongly preferredLICENSES/CERTIFICATIONSNoneThis position is available only to those who reside in the United States.We Are an Equal Employment Opportunity EmployerWe value the contributions of team members with a broad range of experiences, skills, and perspectives and are committed to providing equal employment opportunity for all.We encourage you to apply!
