The system includes: * Central Maine Medical Center (Lewiston) * Bridgton Hospital * Rumford Hospital The anesthesia program supports a wide range of surgical services with access to modern operating rooms and advanced anesthesia equipment , providing a stable and supportive practice environment. What You'll Do * Administer anesthesia for general, orthopedic, GI, OB, and urology procedures * Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop care plans * Provide intraoperative and post-anesthesia care * Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff * Maintain compliance with hospital, state, and federal quality standards Schedule Full-Time * Flexible shifts: 8, 10, or 12 hours depending on OR needs * Variable schedule based on operational needs What We're Looking For * Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program * Board Certified (NBCRNA) * Active or eligible Maine RN/APRN licensure * Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications * Strong clinical skills and ability to work both independently and within a team-based model Compensation * Competitive market-based salary (Maine CRNA benchmarks) * Sign-on bonus available (details discussed during interview) * Relocation assistance available * Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision * 401(k) with employer match * Generous PTO and CME allowance * Malpractice insurance with tail coverage About Prime Healthcare Prime Healthcare is an award-winning, physician-founded health system established in 2001 by cardiologist Dr. Prem Reddy and headquartered in Ontario, California.
