North Carolina Licensed Perinatal Program Manager

To support the development of perinatal care initiatives, the full-time salaried NC ROOTS Regional Head of Perinatal Program Development will design, build, and operationalize a comprehensive perinatal care model in North Carolina, integrating clinical care and community-based supports to improve maternal and infant health outcomes. Key responsibilities Lead the development of a comprehensive regional perinatal strategy aligned with NC ROOTS priorities Design and operationalize a regional Community Health Worker (CHW) and Doula coordination model Partner with healthcare providers to ensure alignment of perinatal programs with clinical care pathways Required qualifications Associate's degree with three years of experience in maternal and child health or public health; or Bachelor's degree with one year of relevant experience Must have a valid driver's license Must reside in North Carolina within Region 2 of Trillium's catchment area Experience in the design or implementation of perinatal or maternal health programs Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
