PKI Support/QA Engineer

Salary: $80,000 - 100,000 per year Requirements:

• We require U.S. citizenship and a clear background check; an active TS/SCI clearance is preferred.
• We are looking for deep knowledge of PKI and security concepts, along with substantial experience administering and configuring PKI software on Windows and Linux.
• We need strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and customers.
• We value excellent analytical and troubleshooting ability, including identifying and resolving hardware and software performance issues.
• We prefer familiarity with configuring hardware security modules (HSMs).
• We prefer administration experience with Apache Tomcat and/or Red Hat JBoss, including TLS troubleshooting.
• We prefer experience with database setup and management using Oracle, HSQL, or PostgreSQL.
• We prefer hands-on experience configuring Cisco and/or Aruba networking equipment.
• We expect familiarity with Windows and Linux usage and administration.
• A bachelors degree is required.
• We prefer at least 3 years of customer technical experience.
• Knowledge of our current ISC products is a plus.

• We support multiple software projects and provide off-site customer support.
• We work closely with our local support, sales, and R&D teams, as well as headquarters staff in Oak Park, Illinois.
• We troubleshoot technical issues across hardware, software, networking, and security environments.
• We administer and configure PKI software and related systems on Windows and Linux.
• We configure and support HSMs, application servers, databases, and networking devices as needed.
