The role involves working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing high-quality patient care. Travelers are expected to integrate seamlessly into the unit and function as core staff. Nurse-to-patient ratios are 4 to 5 patients per nurse. Floating to other units may be required. BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are mandatory. Strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration within the unit culture. All requests for time off must be stated upfront. Demographic information must be completed for submission to ensure consideration. Hard document deadlines must be adhered to prior to the start date. No exceptions will be made for pending documentation.
