Requirements: Manage all licensing requirements diligently, ensuring compliance in classrooms and school files. Cultivate strong relationships with staff and families, fostering trust and engagement. Conduct tours and engage with families warmly. Clear a background check. Familiarity with AR Licensing Conduct regular, timely reviews and classroom observations. Job Type: Full-time Pay:$55,000-$65,000 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday Education: A director shall have attained one of the following qualification levels: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 1 year of experience with children. A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 2 years of experience with children. An associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 3 years of experience with children. An associate’s degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 4 years of experience with children.
