Quick Service Technician

A technician that can perform common light duty services or repairs in an efficient manner. Education High School Experience Less than 1 year Additional Information Location: Olathe, Kansas Department: Service Employment Type: Full-Time Minimum Experience: Mid-level Compensation: $35,000 - $65,000 Tool program: $1,000 in tools for new technicians Job Duties Perform basic functions such as oil changes, tire rotations, multi-point inspections, replace wiper blades, etc., as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy. Communicate effectively with service team and assigned service advisor regarding the status and any changes to repair order. Examine the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required. Establish a finished product which adheres to factory and dealership procedures. Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts. Maintain work area in a clean and orderly manner. Requirements High school diploma or GED. Automotive technician experience required. Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification preferred. Proven experience in automotive maintenance and repair. Valid driver's license. Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
