What You’ll Do: Lead, coach, and develop a team of technicians while overseeing daily operations, scheduling, and dispatching Ensure all work meets North Carolina codes, safety standards, and our high-quality benchmarks Drive operational efficiency, manage budgets, inventory, and KPIs Review estimates, approve work, and support revenue growth through quality and efficiency What You Bring: Minimum 5+ years of plumbing experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role Strong knowledge of residential (and commercial) plumbing systems, codes, and safety regulations Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Valid driver’s license with clean record and basic computer proficiency Positive, team-first attitude with a commitment to respect and knowledge-sharing Nice to have: Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software, OSHA 30, or project management certifications.
