Work Environment

This full-time role requires in-person attendance at our Rehabilitation Center, where you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team composed of physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, taking into account their medical history, assessments, and individual needs to develop customized treatment plans.
• Communicate evaluation findings and treatment recommendations effectively to patients and their families, ensuring their involvement in goal-setting to foster collaborative care.
• Implement appropriate treatment protocols based on ongoing patient assessments and the latest clinical guidelines, adapting to the evolving healthcare environment.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and consultations to discuss patient progress and coordinate care effectively with other healthcare providers.
• Document all patient interactions meticulously, including initial evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes, while maintaining compliance with our healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

Condor Spine and Orthopaedics offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and skills.
