Loan Processor III

Processing and pre-underwriting conventional, FHA, VA, and Bond mortgage loans, the full-time hourly Loan Processor III will ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards while managing communication between loan officers, borrowers, and underwriters in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Monitor the overall lending process, identifying and resolving issues that may impact timely loan closures Analyze loan documentation for compliance and accuracy, preparing files for underwriting approval Provide guidance and support to less experienced processors while maintaining production and quality metrics Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; college courses or technical training in Business, Finance, or related fields preferred Five or more years of experience as a Loan Processor, with a focus on conventional and FHA loans, plus two years of experience with VA and Bond loans Expert knowledge of mortgage lending processes, federal and state regulations, and various loan products Strong judgment and critical thinking skills to evaluate facts and data effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internal data entry systems
